Replacement Badge Costs for Registration
Replacement badges for “at-the-door” registrations will cost the price equal to the first pre-reg rate following the previous con (current policy). Replacement badges for “pre-reg” registrations will cost $20.
- This is a modification for this year 2012. It will* need to be reviewed for next year, 2013, to see if it’s still in alignment with our values once we have the congo system in place.
- The only change to our current policy would be to lower the replacement charge for pre-reg attendees, to make the cost appropriate for the work, effort, and protection of the con’s interests.
- pre-reg (any time before the May cutoff), your cost would be $20.
- at-the-door (any time after the May cutoff), your cost would be $50.
